4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund

  • We offer replacement only for damaged or defective products.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/unboxing video).

  • Refunds are only provided if replacement is not possible.
