Return & Refund Policy

At Deshi Marble®, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted marble products. Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We offer replacement only (no return for refund) under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You receive a defective or incorrect item

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear images and unboxing video proof

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish (as marble is a natural material)

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Change of mind or personal preference

3. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same product

  • Replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days

  • Delivery timelines will be similar to standard shipping

4. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds.

Refunds will only be issued in rare cases:

  • If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

  • If replacement is not possible due to unavoidable reasons

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

6. Important Notes

  • All products are handcrafted, so minor imperfections are part of the product’s uniqueness

  • We ensure secure foam packaging to minimize transit damage

  • Please record an unboxing video for any claim
