Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Our Return & Refund Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Certain types of products are not eligible for return. These include perishable items, custom-made or personalized products, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personal care and hygiene items

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or media products
  • Items not returned in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
