You are free to cancel your order anytime before making the final payment. Once the payment is confirmed and the order enters processing, cancellation will not be possible. We begin crafting, packing, and logistics arrangements immediately after payment to ensure fast and safe delivery.

As our products are made with care and often customized, we do not accept returns once the item is delivered in good condition.

🚚 What if item arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or broken, don’t worry — we are here to help! Just follow these steps:

🎬 Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package
📩 Share the video with us within 24 hours of delivery
📦 Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund as per policy

Note: Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process returns for damages, as it helps us identify responsibility and claim courier damages if applicable.
