Dispatch Time	We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 15 business days, depending on order size and product availability.
Delivery Methods	We ship through Bus Services (preferred), Truck Transport, and DTDC Courier, based on location and item safety.
Why Bus Transport?	Bus delivery is safer and more affordable for fragile items. Products stay upright, secure, and are handled with care during transit.
Tracking & Updates	We share shipping updates and tracking info via WhatsApp or Email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
